What You'll Learn

Designing a scenario is not a prompt engineering problem — it's context engineering. You define the whole environment in which the agent operates: how it reasons, what actions it takes, and what knowledge or data it uses.

The Three Pillars of Context Engineering

1. Prompt (AI Instructions) — What the AI should do, how it thinks, and the structure it follows
2. Tools — First-party visual tools (cards, MCQs, image generation) plus external tools (CRM, knowledge base)
3. Data & Memory — Uploaded knowledge, memory of past sessions, and external data pulled via tools

AI Instructions

The most critical piece of scenario design. What you write here varies by use case:

• Tutor example — Define a role, teaching philosophy, approach (use visuals, MCQs, progressive building)
• Cold call example — Define personality, pre-call data about the lead, opening beats, qualification questions, and condition-based transitions

Rubric

After a session, the agent evaluates performance against criteria you define. Set up rubric items that measure what matters for your use case.
