Creating Your TTAI Account

What You'll Learn

Get your workspace set up so you can start building your own scenarios. This module is quick — once you're in, you'll be ready to create your first agent.

Signing In

• Go to the Tough Tongue AI main page and click Start Building
• Click Login (top-right) — sign in with Google or enter your email for a secure login link
• You'll land directly in your workspace, ready to create scenarios

Setting Up an Organization

If you're working with a team, create an organization — a shared workspace for collaboration, agent management, and usage tracking.

• Head to the Organizations tab on the left
• Add core details: name, URL, and a short description
• Click Visit Organization to enter your workspace

Inviting Your Team

• Go to the Members tab to invite teammates individually or upload a CSV for larger groups
• Role controls — choose how each person interacts with your agents:
  • Admin — Manages everything: members, billing, and usage
  • Member — Can create and edit scenarios
  • View Only — Can test and interact with agents

Billing & Usage

• From the Billing tab, monitor usage and track engagement across your organization
• Understand how your agents are being used and where they create the most value
